Streak - CRM for Gmail

Recently, the guys updated the application, at first there was a bug, but it was quickly fixed. Good support, good application, I really wish there was support for European time. It is very inconvenient to wait for an answer until late in the evening or to receive it in the middle of the night. It hurts the most if something does not work on Friday or Saturday, then you will definitely have to wait 2 days.

I’ve been using Streak for 1.5 years now. Previous versions of mobile app were glitchy and unstable. But with recent updates it just getting better and better everyday. Now it is really convenient way to keep track of my deals and push them forward. Definitely will recommend it to my colleagues!

The title says it all. Works great, but no emails within pipeline is soooo frustrating. Streak team get on this please!

I can’t add anything to the app or computer version. Also makes me have to use the trial pro version.

Not sure what has happened in the last few days, but creating new boxes linked to emails with Streak on iPad OS has become unusably slow. Great feature set, missing some key things (like adding/changing labels on emails) that make me still have to go back and forth between Gmail and Streak. Interface is somewhat inconsistent and buggy. For example, about 10% of the time, the “Add to Pipeline” button doesn’t show up above an email. Biggest problem now is that for some reason, after hitting “Add” or “Create,” the app takes ages (30 full seconds) at times to create the box. This is unacceptably slow for a CRM. Sometimes button presses just don’t register. If this interface were snappier, it would be a 4.5/5 app and I would use it every day on iPad. Devs, if you do nothing else, please fix the bug that causes an instant crash to Home Screen when typing “@“ in comments or meeting notes. Not acceptable.

First, you must sign in with your Google account. Then you’re required to go on your desktop to set it up with iOS! Give me a break… this is NOT a user friendly or MOBILE app! Deleted.

You have to agree to agree to let them read about everything related to Gmail, then if you look up Canceling in their Help, it only references the Mac side. So then you have to decide whether to install Mac just so you can UNINSTALL the iPhone app. It feels like a scam, though I’m not accusing them of that, yet. I can’t figure out how to get them out of my gmail with installing more.

Letters don’t show up while typing tasks or meeting notes. Until this is fix, the app is useless.

The email plugin is pretty good but the app is frustrating. I can’t respond to emails inside of a pipeline in the app and I have to therefore go back and forth between gmail and streak just to send an email. Also, I don’t like the fact that I have to open a second app in order to access my CRM. A simple email add on would be much more efficient.
