Creating a habit is easy in Streaks! Once created, with only a simple tap, a user can log their habit for the day. Users may optionally specify daily goals to optimize the tracking experience. An important aspect of maintaining a habit is consistency. Luckily, Streaks remembers how well users follow their habits and allows them to visualize their consistency in a practical calendar format.
