I cant watch videos. It only show black screen and no video playng. I have Iphone 11pro firmware on device is updated and yet is not working.

Stream Vision is an application that provides connection of your mobile devices with observation devices of Yukon or Pulsar via integrated WiFi interface. The application provides full control of observation device and its features. With the help of the application the user can connect smartphone to a thermal imaging or any other digital device from Yukon or Pulsar and use smartphone as a mobile viewfinder, data share center or a remote control.

It works, kinda. When I try to share video it just doesn’t work like it’s supposed to. Videos are corrupted and sometimes you can‘t open and watch them. Otherwise great app
App problems
Nice app but not completed! Sharing does not work at all! Hope to see update soon.
Since updating to iOS 17 my pulsar device will not connect to the app.

Don’t buy PULSAR
Based on my experience don’t buy PULSAR just because how bad this app is! Contacting pulsar support is just as useless as the APP. Same generic response from folks at pulsar who is running Pulsar Joe Biden?

Does not work…. Period. Significant lags make it useless.
Never worked good
Had this app for several years and it’s always been useless constantly having to close out and start the whole connection process over and now I have it on 3 devices and none will connect
Completely Unreliable
I spend half the night trying to connect to this awful app. It’s more of an art than a science. By far the most frustrating app I have on my phone and the most annoying aspect of thermal hunting for me.
Why even try?
If you have not bought a pulsar yet, don’t. Optic is fine This app is garbage and no work around. Pulsar clearly does not care.
This used to work
My Helion 50 will not work with this app anymore. That’s a bummer since this thing was a lot a few years ago. The app used to work but no more.
