Doesn’t even find a car ever😂worst app ever I swear

Rip off! Would be 0 stars if I could. Journey on the app was £7.50 but we were charged a lot more as the driver charged off the meter. Don’t be sucked in by charges that they show on the app. Absolute con. Will not use again.

No point in using this as the taxis are late and you miss your train/business meeting/ drs appointment. The people on the phone are really unhelpful. Drivers are lovely though so they get the one star. App ok humans let it down. The only benefit is you can pay by card.

Downloaded the app, tried to sign up and I’m not receiving the SMS to verify myself after multiple attempts. Waste of time.

Its a scam taxi ride was £6 they took £15 with no refund for over charge

It’s excellent app always come and pick me up no matter where I am will always use them trust them with my life the driver are excellent with me

Only got 1 taxi through the app and 3 payments came out my account when I only authorised one, you have to call up to get them to check and refund you so they just hope you don’t realise the extra charges.

Been using for a few months switch between Uber and streamline always works and arrives very quickly very good and reliable app. Two things for improvement can you add a tip option when paying on card & maybe Apple play / no security 3 digits on each order

Yeah this app is awful I book a taxi more than 20 minutes in advance on here it shows my taxi 4 minutes away then 5 minutes later changed to 12 minutes away then 10 minutes later shows it’s 8 minutes away! Never send anyone out when you book
