Omggg I’m trying to find a way to reach out to multiple spaces while matching my needs and STREETEASY is exactly what THE NAME IMPLIES EASY EASY EASY ; I truly needed to stop the mental gymnastics during this search that other sites made me a custom to with the hard to find plug ins and jumpy interfaces it was so tiresome on the others ; BUT NOT with STREETEASY I GAINED A HOUR BACK A DAY OF MY LIFE because of this interface Is SO EASY and FASTER TO NAVIGATE !! I hope they add more amazing rental apartments under 3k in Brooklyn and Manhattan. THANK YOU I never in my life wrote a review for a realtor app but they truly deserve the 5 stars !! - All the best Destiny

App doesn't have a working sign in feature. Devs don't care.

This app needs to do better, much better. In my experience- 95% of the apt’s are scammers. Finding housing in NYC is such a hard thing to do. And then having the battle scammer from such a huge app is just ridiculous. I can’t help but feel like StreetEasy is in on the scam. Final conclusion: wast of time and highly unreliable.

I have to say you’re listings reflect my needs and tastes. It’s great.

The app used to be great but the bugs are real. When you (as a daily user) try to report bugs to the support department they send you in a loop where trying to help pinpoint an issue for them is useless. Pretty much the standard for all NYC focused RE apps I guess.

I have to log in multiple times everyday because the app forgets my credentials. I have it on my tablet and phone and both devices get the same message several times a day. Please fix this issue!!

You must know somebody. These guys never respond to messages. They list the apartments, you contact them to rent, they ghost you. I don’t bother with them anymore. Good luck!

The app is great when I’m able to sign in. But it randomly (and without warning) logs me out several times a week. I’m late to see/respond to new listings because of it. Really unacceptable for an app that’s supposed to serve one of the fastest moving real estate markets in the country.

Signal boosting that the app has an arbitrary logout issue. I keep finding myself signed out every time I go from one coverage area to another. Super annoying, please fix.
