symptoms common to both Depression and Anxiety. In completing the DASS, the individual is
required to indicate the presence of a symptom over the previous week
You can enable new features like TRACKING and SCHEDULE by upgrading to the PRO version.
TRACKING is your objective friend that shows when you need to wind down and recharge. It saves and presents your score over time. The presentation of scores can help you track progress, relapses and focus your efforts on stress-reduction before the symptoms becomes severe. If you are already stressed, tracking can tell you if the stress reducing initiatives are having the desired effect or you need to change your strategy.
