No trial period and cannot sign in because the App crashes

I went thru this program in 2000. Amazing! I recently loss my mom and grieving as been hard. I found this app and I will purchase full version as soon as I can. It’s very user friendly. And informational. I hope it is successful! Because it’s a much easier tool than cds and workbooks!

Trying to subscribe and the app crashes every time. I guess they don’t want my money after all.

Many issues with this app, as other users said you can’t simply open it and login. You have to enter your password every time. I tried to read my previous journal entries, can’t open them at all. I tried to sign up for the peer forum, but when I scroll down to register it won’t allow me to click on accepting the terms to sign up. When I signed up to subscribe, the app billed me four times. Finally, no idea what the feel better fast page is. I don’t see it anywhere. This produces more anxiety for an app that should be treating it and feels almost like a scam even if it isn’t!

Terrible app, constantly saying error and I can’t even sign up. I have the program on cassette tapes from forever ago and love the program, would really like to use the app but it’s straight junk and doesn’t work!!!

I would love to try this, but every time I attempt at putting my info in, I either get an error message or the app itself kicks me out! The developers really need to improve the app so it does not do this! Very disappointed!

Constantly crashing. Producing a reliable app has never been easier so I’m not sure why this one can’t seem to get corrected. This app is absolute garbage.

I downloaded the app specifically for the excellent progressive muscle relaxation recording. It is the best guided meditation I have ever used and so important to help ease panic and anxiety. When the phone goes into lock mode the recording cuts off. So disappointed !

The relaxation audio won’t play. It did work for the first 4 days after I bought the monthly subscription then it stopped. The relaxation audio is important to have working. I have the CD’s, but the app is more convenient. I’ve been using YouTube muscle relaxation videos when I don’t have time or I’m not at home to get the CD player out.....Everything else seems to work just fine... (The audio sessions, the workbook exercises, the journal, and the daily checklist).

This is an Amazing program. But the app doesn’t work well at all. When the screen times out the app stops playing. There is a CD version which is great, but it would be even better to have an app and conveniently have it on your phone. Please fix this.
