This app is the best stretching app I have used so far. Most make you pay after your first day, not this one, it only takes about 6,7, or 7 minutes for the morning stretch and it made me feel so much more energetic and productive. I highly recommend!

It says it’s for 4 year olds and it has some words that are not supposed to be for five-year-olds they’re not supposed to know that right now so I wouldn’t call it the best but it’s pretty good. It did help me a lot but I want to say that is for little children that are not in middle school but I would prefer like older children like a teenager or like a preteen but other than that, it really did help me. I can finally do more flexibility stuff so I would like to say thank you to this app.
