Är det smidigaste ni kan erbjuda en manuell överföring från banken? Här känns det som att ni hade kunnat använda och upphandla en uppsjö av tredjepartslösningar. Avgift som avgift, bankerna tar minst lika mycket men nu behöver jag komma i kontakt med dem.. precis det jag inte vill. Kanske se över?

DCA gets turned off without notification
Really basic feature just refuses to function properly. Twice I’ve opened my app to discover that I’m no longer buying. Both times coincided with a dip in the price. So I’m buying on the high days and not on the low. I’m sure this isn’t intentional but I never had the problem with Swan so I’ll be going back there.

On boarding takes an eternity
They have verifying and onboarding to create my account for a week now. What a waste of my time. Lucky for me the market hasn’t changed too much this week.
