Just downloaded the app and created my site on the desktop. Only reason why I chose strikingly was the mobile editable function, which I realized a lot of basic functions can’t be editable on the mobile app. So what’s the point :( the simplest blog content can’t be editable on mobile app and only have to be done on mobile browser or desktop. Please make the content editable soon! That will be the most useful function to edit on the go!

Strikingly is a amazing website creation platform but has some glitches.

All you need to do is look at BBB and other sights with reviews. They are scammers. Will charge your card for fees like saying 7 day free trial and you cancel it before that they will charge you anyway. Or say your free 100 members are up and and you have way less. Don’t do it

I haven’t needed much support but the bit I’ve used has been incredible. I’ve been building websites since ~1995 and love how quick and easy I was able to use Strikingly to spin up a simple site. This iOS app is great as well.

I love this website builder it’s easy for beginners and for pros it’s cheap and lets you pay in a long term then a short form

I have LOVED this platform from the first time I started using it a few years ago. The interface is simple and ever evolving and expanding to the farthest reaches of my boutique business imagination and beyond! I LOVE that the Customer service reps are called “Happiness Officers” 😹 They are ALWAYS on hand and ready, willing and exceedingly capable of helping! I HIGHLY (and SOLELY) RECOMMEND STRIKINGLY. ☺️

They are quite deceptive with auto renewal and payments. There is no option for auto renewal, you’re automatically setup tor auto-billing. Notifications on renewals come from a different sender and aren’t properly labeled. They won’t reverse charges. Was charged $200 for a service I no longer use. They will not issue me a refund, even though I reached out via live chat minutes after they sent through the charge. Would avoid using any of their paid services.

There is no undo feature, which means one errant tap can destroy your site irreparably. Strikingly has become more buggy over time, and is certain to lose your work. Buyer / User beware.
