So disappointed with this app. Don’t install or buy from them!! I booked two sessions and they were both cancelled on such a short notice. Cancellation reason varies from the event itself was cancelled or the class is overbooked! How on earth you ask someone to buy a class when availability isn’t updated in real time. Furthermore the app will hold your money. The balance cannot be transferred back to your account and you basically stuck!
I cant input birth date, if i choose my birth year it will automatically turn to current date year. It seems bug cannot take previous year. Its only update if the year is current or in the feature. Using ip XR ios 16.6

booking lewat strongbee dicancel mulu kelasnya.. dikirain punya app ini bakal bs ngeplan utk olahraga tp malah dicancel mulu kelasnya h-1 lah paling sering, jd malah ga olahraga krn ga dpt kls dimana2.. udah terlanjur beli creditnya sampe skrg ga abis2 krn hampir setiap booking selalu dicancel mendadak. giliran kita yg cancel kena cancellation fee 😂
