I hate that it made me excited and I set it all up just so it could say “now it’s time for you to pay” I don’t need to pay for that also this is zero stars but it won’t let me I click the star

I understand the reason for needing to pay but it would save time for the people who don’t want to pay if you put the plan prices at the beginning and not after you put in all your information.
I had to fill out this super long thing just to find out I had to pay for it
just filling out the intro form and once we enter I wait it told me I was fat and overweight. 🫣
As I’m creating my profile I counted 5 spelling errors. If developers can’t take their own product seriously, then I can’t trust them with my weight loss journey.
i answer so many questions just to pay afterwards 🙄
if you’re going to put the results behind a paywall, at least be more open about that from the start
I wanted an app to help plan my strength and cardio training and instead this turned into a diet app. So sexist and gross.
I’ve been using this app for close to 5 years on and off. It’s been my absolute favorite out of any workout app that’s out there. I love that there’s a schedule aka all planned out so it keeps me on track and I don’t have to think about what to do the next day. I can’t figure out why everyone’s hating though. I’ve tried multiple before and honestly it keeps me in a good flow and great shape. Also back when I started going to the gym I had absolutely no idea what I was doing but thanks to StrongHer it described in detail how to do everything correct and it helped me look like I knew what I was doing. I’m not a confrontational person so I’d be scared to ask anyone for help— that’s where StrongHer came in hand. I understand the customization part that people are talking about but I’ve lost 60lbs using this app— I couldn’t be more proud and grateful for it. (Along with eating healthy too but still lol) Anyways, thank you to the creator of this app. Well worth it.
This app asks a bunch of great questions that makes you think you are going to get a really customized experience, but you don’t. It’s not suitable for anyone who isn’t in reasonable shape to start out with, for starters. And the nutrition section is weird. I’m unsure why I would be allotted 5 units of fruit and 2 of vegetables per day, for instance. It should be the other way around. I have emailed to ask for my money back. Probably I’m asking too much from an app; I’ve had some medical challenges and I need to start gentle and gradual, but this app is not going to accomplish that. I’m probably just going to have to find the money for a real trainer and deal with feeling embarrassed about that.
