Can’t login or connect

Recently I have not been able to login and when finally it does allow me to, the VPN does not connect. At the moment I am paying for a service that does not work. I am waiting for a response from there help desk.

Very unreliable

I used StrongVPN in the past and it worked fine, I’ve just re-signed up and its garbage. Says connected to server but never loads the pages. Very disappointed

Sign in issue

It was working perfectly and suddenly I’m having an issue signing in I forgot my password but the app and the customer service in the app is not working and I just can’t use the forgot password feature to get it back

Bad connection

My network in UAE and the iPad are blocking the connection...

Amazing app

Fails to connect to a server and you can’t watch Netflix USA either!

Good reliable servers

I shifted newly from from overplay to strongVpn as instructed by overplay team which I trusted for years . My thoughts that Strong VPN has good fast servers and good helpful customer support but the IOS app is slow and some time non responsive ( needs upgrade).

Poor costumer service

Very poor costumer service, I contacted them when after hours of having paid for the service it still did not let me log in, staff beyond unhelpful and useless

Voice quality

Good voice quality... renewal is expensive than the previous year... please sort this out
