Very buggy and features don’t work
This app performs like it was written by someone just learning to code. The app is extremely buggy and many features don’t work, so you can’t submit certain type of claims for reimbursement. I have used the app for 10 minutes and already found the following: - You can’t save your ID do your apple wallet. The button doesn’t do anything no matter where in the app you click it. - You can’t submit physiotherapy claims because the business lookup page is broken. The page says you only need to enter last name or phone number but in reality you need to enter both. Additionally, once you enter a phone number the form things the number is not there. There is no valid way to fill out the form. - The all seems to think the term “business name” is the same as “first name” but the terms are not the same. It is very confusing when trying to enter the correct information. I don’t think anyone tested this app. I wish my school had just stuck with what we had before…at least it worked.
