Studio bloom was a game changer. I’m so greatful!
I highly recommend Studio Bloom. They have extensive prenatal, postnatal, and trying to conceive workout and education. I’ve seen the Videos range from 10 minutes to 50 minutes. there are workout plans based on the trimester or week postnatal. They have personal trainers and pelvic floor therapists providing the education. Typically there is an instructor, someone postnatal, and someone prenatal doing the workout so you can follow whichever person best fits your needs for modifications. They answer questions on the comment board and even 1:1 rapidly. I sent a 1:1 chat on a weekend and the CEO Brooke responded with an individualized audio message response to my question and even offered to reach out to several other contacts for me. I had quit my in-person gym and searched for the right app. I’m very happy with my decision!
I absolutely love this app! I loved that the videos are separated by trimester, really helped me figure out where to start. The trainers are all great! Plan to continue using this app for my entire pregnancy and postpartum. Highly recommend.
I would definitely recommend studio bloom. The instructors are wonderful and really show you how to progress in your postpartum fitness journey in a safe manner. The videos show both a baseline and also how to up level the exercises and are perfect for people who are at different stages with their activity levels.
I heard Brooke on a podcast while i was pregnant with my 5th baby and instantly felt connected to her story and her mission. I knew once i had my baby i would sign up for her app to help me gently get back into my workout routine. The app is so easy to navigate, the workouts i have done so far are perfect for postpartum and so gentle and really make you intentional about engaged your core and pelvic floor. I was struggling to find motivation so i used their 1:1 coaching via the app and i got the most thoughtful reply from Brooke that gave me the encouragement and motivation that i desperately needed in these early pp weeks. Highly recommend any mama try this app out! Brooke truly cares about her clients and the app and coaching opportunities prove just that.
I’m one year postpartum with my third and after my second I had gotten pretty bad diastasis. I put off dealing with it until I had this baby but I wish I would have started earlier with this! I love how gentle it is. Reminds me a lot of yin yoga which I love. Other programs I’ve tried are very focused on the exercises right off the bat. This is more about changing your breathing and how you operate as a whole first. Which seems like laying that groundwork will be more effective in the long run. Really enjoying it.
I started a six week postnatal program in this app when I was two weeks post c-section. It’s been easy to follow, challenging enough for someone who recently had a baby, and really seems to be working. I’m now four weeks in and still doing the exercises daily.
I am so thankful for an exercise program that focuses on deep core! Postpartum diastasis recti is no joke. This program makes it feel possible to get back to normal again.
The title says it all. I love going to the gym but it’s so hard to do with a newborn. I found the bloom method app and really enjoy doing at-home workouts now. The instructions are clear, the videos aren’t overwhelming, and I like the teachers. As for the workouts, they are so good for postpartum mamas. I easily found workouts that aligned with where my body was at and I already feel a difference in more core. My pelvic floor PT said my pelvic strength is good! I’ll keep at 😃
Finding advice you can trust postpartum (or anytime) can be such a challenge, so I really appreciate that Bloom uses experts such as Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists and others! So far I have enjoyed using the app postpartum.
