Studio: Value Shopping Online

Absolute nightmare trying to register or get a new password especially if you've moved home as your old details aren't that same as the new ones and you can't reregister because you already have an account you can't get into and can't reset password if you can't remember any old details 🙈

I have been unable to make contact re non delivery of an order, the chat bot is absolutely useless!! I placed an order on 12/12 and it still has not arrived!! The whole company seems to have gone downhill since it all changed!!!!

Terrible! I have the APP it absolutely terrible, I need to return a parcel as item does not work, I have tried to contact customer services no number to call only a payment line!!! I placed an order and two items out of stock ! I have no invoice in any of my parcels I cannot print a returns label either! What has happened to studio ? I also want a refund off my account for the items not sent and it is still showing in full I am not paying that !!! The list goes on and on , I will never use this company again as the help contact is rubbish and couldn’t help me!! Also having to pay for a faulty return if you can manage to sort it out !! Not happy !!!

Great products at a reasonable price. Only bad part is being unable to talk to someone when something is wrong. I tried for weeks to order through my app and it would not go further than my address. Eventually I tried to call studio and I was told it as my internet. It wasn’t as my daughter had the same problem. I’m not sure if t was because I’m in Jersey.

I find this company very helpful good and well spoken also so helpful with any issues quick and easy to resolve.The catalog on line is very good well set out so as you can go room to room ext pick your items order them and then just sit back and wait wonderful company would highly recommend to anyone long may it be around and just grow as a business.x

Iv been shopping with studio for a few years now, and find the different products and ranges very good there’s always something! And affordable especially in the sales !
