I’m enjoying using this alongside Duolingo. It gives me a better grasp of the kanji used in Duolingo so I can recognise the character shapes independently- not just in context of the Duolingo sentences. Also gives me more depth of knowledge into the individual kanji meanings in a compound word so that I’m learning the meaning in context of Japanese thought and culture, not just by rote ‘I should say this in this circumstance’.
