Do you get distracted easily? Do you find yourself procrastinating on your phone when you should be looking at your books? StudyBreak helps you overcome both these problems!
StudyBreak exists to help you improve your studying by cutting out distractions. It's simple: you choose the studyBreak ratio you want, start the timer and put your phone down. If you pick up your phone before your study period is over, you get an alert telling you to get back to work. When you've studied the set amount of time, you get an alert letting you know it's time to take a break. That means it's also great for those who study too long and forget to take breaks at regular intervals.
StudyBreak automatically tracks your study-break intervals so you don't have to. Maybe you want to work for longer than the set time? Or cut one of your breaks short? Just hit the timer button and StudyBreak will tally the extra break time so you can take a longer break later.
Extra features include:
- AI Powered Study Plans! Generate personalised study plans at the touch of a button with AI
- Background Mode. App works just as well in the background, so all you have to think about is getting work done.
- Today Widget. Start or stop study sessions right from your lock screen.
- Apple Watch App. If you have an Apple Watch, the Watch app is a great companion because it means you can use the app and only touch your phone when you're on a break.
- Stats page to keep track of how efficiently you study and how many hours you study daily
- Colourful timers indicating how efficient your study time is. Green if you meet your goals & red if you don't.
PREMIUM FEATURES:
- Reminders. Set alarms to remind you when to start studying or to let you know if you won't complete your study goals for the day by a given time.
- Add study time manually or edit previously recorded study time.
- Export data. Export your data as a csv file so you can graph it or statistically analyse it, in order to get the best out of your study time
Go on, allow studyBreak to help you stay focused and better achieve your study goals!

Studybreak Productivity Timer Reviews
great app
the study timer helps a lot bcs once you pick up your phone to use social media, it’ll let you know. break time is also given and they tell you how long you’ve studied, how many breaks you’ve had, etc. we can also fill in the timetable for the day (subscription price is the cheapest one i’ve found so far). overall a really great, not-so-complicated app!
Just no.
One time I got really scared, my phone went blackout, but after 25 minutes I can used my phone again. So, I thought it was a really good idea. But the second time I used this app, my phone went blackout from the night until next morning even though I set the time for 25 minutes only. I got really scared that I cried so I search on youtube how to restart my iphone. And I’m so thankful I can use my phone again after that. The first thing I did after I’m able to turn on my phone again was deleting this app.
Edit Field
Very Usefull App, Just It is better that you can edit field of Study and Choose your daily plan.
Waiting for mac os version
It really convenient but cannot download on my Macbook....
App is great but missing some quality of life features
I love that the app isn’t over complicated and only does it’s job of keeping track of your time and your subjects but I wish it had a few features. Namely, being able to delete and edit subjects from the list, and to be able to view your total study time in a specific subject instead of overall
Great in theory
It didn’t really mess up much when I used this app last year, but I just tried to use it and it gave my phone a glitch attack. It kept making the sounds like it does when I’m supposed to put down my phone and flashing the screen from black to the app to black.
I had to restart my phone and luckily everything was okay after that.
Great at feature, not so great UI design
I love the idea of all the provided feature, when i tried to use it, there are a lot difficultly to use the app. It can be UI design issue, or technical issue? I don’t know. But those issues are keeping me away from using the app regularly.
Minor tweaks
I like the app, but I wish it would say “currently studying” or “currently on a break” above the time. The app is slightly difficult to use because if I’m studying and pick up my phone at all, it struggles to sense if I put my phone down again. There should be a “click to start studying, or click to pause studying button”.
Love it 😊
I am a 6th grade student and it is very helpful to organise all my assignments etc. I wish that all the stuff came free, but that’s not how life works. You have to buy study + which sounds much cooler, but I don’t have it. I love this calendar app for school and would recommend it.
Change icon and font
