Although I sent all my information and my bill number etc I can’t login. This application is money trap.

Beware of this app, it has a lots of hidden fee. I paid 89 dollars just for the physics question answer! Subscription is auto deduct from ur account without notice. Expensive with not many content!! Content never even up to date!

I was told to upgrade to unlock the function to download lessons, and that I was thinking yeah that will be great because I will be able to download the videos and watch it offline while I am outside. Guess what I couldn’t and they did not specify that in the membership upgrade. Very clever move technically they did allow to download lessons but guess what not including the video. Next “great” or technically bad thing about the app is the speed. IT LAGGED!! When I transit from page to page 🤨 very good web functions but definitely not the app

This app seemed promising, however, the app doesn’t work when u tried to take the test. It either freezes or kicks me out as I select an answer.

I was charged a second monthly charge. I attempted to cancel my account. I was unable to cancel.

Study.com is good and I have a paid subscription, however, it will not allow me to print a copy of a lesson. It keeps giving me upgrade notices.

I use study.com to help prepare me for my education certifications. Anytime I use the service I’ve passed easily.

I have been using this app for a year to be license in social work. The test this website gives is no where near designed like the test in person. I feel as though this website needs to upgrade test.

I used this app for my SHRM CP exam and I learned so much. However, the problem is, when I took the test, everything that I learned on this app, none of it was on the exam. I still give this app 5 stars because I did learn a lot. SHRM is a set up and basically to pass the exam, you need their study material which cost over $1,000.
