Verification code texts don’t send. Definitely seems to be a scam.
It never sends me a code to my phone to verify
I’m trying to sign up and at the beginning or has you put your phone number in and then is supposed to send a code never does
VERY High interest rates!!!
It is your choice to use this kind of payment method, but I would not recommend. Yearly Interest rates of 42%+ are used. I understand that you need to pay interest, but with these rates you’re better off saving for months or pay cash. This application is not here to help you, but to rip you off!!

Poor Customer Service.
I have a issued that they need to do me a refound. to my account. And till today I haven’t receive nothing. I tried to contact them multiple time on WhatsApp but they don’t answer. Keep yourself away from this company if you have value of your money.

Every time I get to the enter your number for a code page I never get the code no matter how many times I sign up
Extremely poor costumer service
My experience with suave has been extremely disappointing. Here are some of the issues I encountered: 1. No response to emails: I sent several emails regarding an argument issue that needed resolution, but i never received a response. Its unacceptable for a company to completely ignore its costumers in this manner. 2. Nonexistent WhatsApp support: I tried contacting them via WhatsApp on multiple occasions, but they almost never responded. On the rare occasions they did, the responses were slow and unhelpful. This communication channel is practically useless if not properly managed. 3. Overall costumer service: The costumer service of this company is, without a doubt, the worst i have ever experienced. Not only do they not respond, but they also seem completely indifferent to solving their costumers’ problems. Because of these issues, I made sure to pay off my entire balance and closed my account with this company. Conclusion: I would not recommend SUAVE to anyone who values their time and money. This is a company with nonexistent and unprofessional costumer service. I hope they improve their services to prevent other customers from experiencing the same frustration I did.
