I have Subrosa on my iPad Pro and I have been very unimpressed with it so far. Yes, it let’s me check my @army.mil email but that is pretty much all it is good for. The operation is clunky and locks up quite often, certainly NOT worth the cost of the Thursby PKard reader and iPad Pro Lightning adapter. Most of the time I cannot access the rest of the Army 365 functions, including TEAMS, and the browser locks up and has to be restarted often to go back and forth between emails and the web. This COULD be a useful tool if all of the bugs were fixed but I’ve had it for approx 10-11 months and haven’t seen any improvements for the large amount of money I’ve invested. “Marginally good enough” is NOT good enough. Updates are needed to make this functional and worth spending the money.
Some of the Sub Rosa websites already saved in the browser do not work. Army email access is extremely buggy and unreliable. DTS does not work as advertised, at all. DTS access is extremely unreliable and unacceptable. Right off the bat, DTS states that the browser is not compatible with DTS. The Message Center is popped open and in the way of the top of the page blocking the view of some of the page. When I access DTS document, it goes straight to the review function at the bottom of the side bar, and I can’t do anything else. Nothing above Per Diem, works or can be accessed. I can only access other areas in the side bar by using the back button within DTS, and once it reaches Expenses, it crashes. So I can’t access anything from the beginning of the side bar to Per Diem. If I try to access anything by pointing at it, it doesn’t respond. A red bar shows as pressed by it doesn’t respond. Only the side bar works as described before. All these above, is in the iPad. On the iPhone, it is horrible and worst. I reached out support for both issues (email and DTS) via email with screenshots of the substandard performance, and they never replied. I agree with what I read somewhere else, this lure you to believe you can do a lot and in reality is not ready for sound at all.
App was last updated 7 months ago - still uses Microsoft Edge 88.0. For reference the most current version is 107.0. Update your app!
Not able to use for email or a lot of government sites anymore.
This is the buggiest, crashiest, poorly built app this side of BlackBerry’s Work app. Garbage tier.
App remains in initializing when trying to assess Teams chat or a room. Please assist.
Paid for pdf signing, but the app keeps minimizing whenever I go to sign. Also the browser needs updated for DTS. The expenses tab isn’t loading right.

Nothing works, you can access email, CAC enabled websites, or Office 365. It’s kind of the whole point, and the “help desk” is nonexistent. The DoD must be running Thursby now.
