So many issues with the app I cannot justify wasting my time writing them all out.. but hey, I’m just glad they got that part figured out where you can pick your pronouns. That’s probably the most important feature of a scheduling app—the pronoun feature. No one can figure out their schedule if they can’t figure out their pronouns 😂😂

Shift reminder notifications come 2 hours after my shift started - very frustrating

This apps UI is so confusing to look at. It seems so cluttered and extra yet somehow it never tells you what you want to know without 4 clicks first.

Has this app ever worked well? Stuck loading infinitely no matter what update is pushed. Please just give up

I recently came back to my high school job for the summer. We used this app before I left for college last year, and I had no issues with it. However, it is awful now. I don't know what changed, but it needs to be fixed. My shifts don't show on the calendar unless I'm in monthly view (even then they don't show up sometimes). It doesn't update when my manager accepts a shift request, nor when my coworkers drop their shifts. The mobile app is unusable. Just make the app exactly like the website! Everything works fine on the website. I am uninstalling this god awful app lol.

My company just started using this app and I don’t even know where to begin with all the issues with this app all I can say is if your company starts using look for a new job or be prepared for unlimited headaches

My manager had me remove the old app. and reinstall it on my iPhone since I didn’t have the updated version. Since I did this I am not able to sign in. Why?

Overall ok app, kind of weird features but great speed and processing for getting through the app

Since the latest update, app is crashing and a white blank screen is visible whenever i am trying to access my schedule.

Awful new update. I cannot even see my current scheduled shifts. Can’t see them or add or drop any (because I can’t see ANY). Huge issue
