With the intent to understand others better, learning to be inclusive, and being able to accept/receive the love they give. Think it would be very beneficial to have sessions like this. Other ideas... maybe more specific, some type of chakra sessions with affirmations for each chakra or possibly the freedom to write our own affirmations to add in to our custom practices, rather than when creating a custom session and selecting pre made ones, for those who subscribe to the app at the least, definitely think it would trigger more to subscribe. The app can only get better from here. Thank you :-)
I love this app. There are a good variety of subliminal to choose from and I always feel great after listening to them.

This is like one of the best subliminal apps there are for really bringing change into your mind. I listened to the relaxation for two days straight and on the third I felt so relaxed that I forgot to play it till the evening. Its extremely helpful because I never realized how tense I actually was till I started using just this one relaxation track, so just thinking about the awesome change I could have if I had all of then excites me and motivates mee immensely. This and brainwaves are the best apps.
Becarefull!!! When you buy one sound they charge two or three times or does not downloud and The Support does not work.
