Substitutions | Diet & Allergy

Misleading description! The is no gluten free diet option in the settings to determine what type of diet you want. Useless app despite the heading which says diets and allergies. Sorry, no use to me. I’m not prepared to check up every ingredient option in order to find a GF one where the app should enlist the gluten free products GF or me.

I’d just like to point out that fish is not a vegetable therefore a vegetarian would not use it.

I have 11 food allergies and I was hoping to find substitutes I could swap for all of my allergies/intolerances in recipes, but it is hit and miss on this app. Perhaps, as more people use this app, the substitution list will grow. And the app software worked fine for me.

I got confused at first I thought this was keto recipes app, but be advised, there are only ingredients to substitute in this app. So if you have a recipe you like, you add ingredients in the app and it shows keto/vegan substitutes for them I’m still giving 5 stars because the app works fine
