Have spent the last 9 days travelling around Seoul and relying on this app. I found it easy to use and very reliable in the information provided for trips, ie trip duration, likely fare and lines to show the path of express services. I don’t think we could have experienced Seoul as well without it.
Bug in iPad app. Does not work :(
I can't find a way to contact your support. The iPhone app is working correctly. But the iPad app has a bug which makes a lot of functions unusable. When I click on a station and click "Timetable" or "Station Info", the information box appears for half a second then disappears so I can't read anything. This also happens when I try to view Settings or click "Detail Info" for a trip. I have tried restarting my iPad and deleting & reinstalling the app, but it still doesn't work :(

This was and continues to be the best app for the Seoul Subway on ios that I have used. Sadly about 6 months ago they added spyware that freezes the program for 30 seconds, as they report your personal details back to H.Q. We know you will never eliminate your spyware, so at least make it more efficient and less obtrusive. Thank you.

Amazing app
This app is a must have for people living in (or travelling) Korea. Unlike other apps this app shows which carriage to board for quick transfers and the new update makes it feel right at home on iOS. keep it up!
