I enjoy playing squash and badminton and enjoy cycling but this has been restricted during lockdown especially with the closure of sports halls. I have used this app during lockdown and was pleasantly surprised to find workouts that suit me as I am in my 50’s and I was expecting to find the workouts too hard. Thanks Sudor you have kept me in shape. Cheers Colin
Super easy to use
Just completed my first workout. Buzzing to have this app - finally I can afford to have a personal trainer
So many workouts I didn’t even know about. I absolutely love this app!
Absolutely love these , especially when you trying to squeeze in a quick work out during a busy day and need some motivation 👏🏻🌟
Video buffers a lot and doesn’t link easily to tv from my phone like other fitness apps .
The app has plenty of glitches. It stalls in the middle of the workout and I need to keep pressing play. I growing very frustrated with it. Only reason I have kept it is to get through the move 15 challenge then I’m definitely deleting it.
This app is the absolute worst. Takes over 10 seconds to open, most of the time the workouts won’t load. You have to turn your phone off to get it to work, it’s the pits.
The seems seems to hang a for some functions
