At first it worked really well. You could take pictures and it was easy to use. Then the WiFi stopped working with the app. No matter how many times I disconnect and reconnect, it will not work in the app. I used the app for a couple months before it stopped working.

I’m assuming this is ios18 related. WiFi connection is established per the phone but the app doesn’t recognize it. Scope is pretty much bricked now.

Chinese spyware and awful connections always go well.

I have had this tool for a few months now and have been using it on myself to get used to it before using it on my fiancés ears. I finally decided to give it a go today and low and behold I have had issue after issue. The camera keeps trying to flip between left ear and right ear even though I am not touching the options. It’s glitching so badly that every time I adjust to the correct angle it flips and I can’t see what I was just looking at anymore. It took much longer to clean his ears than it should have and I still don’t think I got half of what he has stuck in there out because the camera kept flipping and his ears were getting irritated from me constantly having to readjust.

App doesn’t work ie. No video feed when connected to suear wifi. Possibly need an ios 18 update

Was fine. Now it stutters while being used. Be extra careful when using. Can’t just use the Suear app to connect to wifi anymore. You have to use the work around

None of the buttons including left/right ear, photo album, horizontal view works.

Can’t connect to the WiFi for the device. It’s randomly stopped working. No support to resolve

Worked great until I updated my iOS to 18. Now will not discover Bluetooth setting to connect. Please update accordingly.

The newer version took away the ability to keep the screen stationary. Now it just spins around when you move it. PLEASE BRING THE OLDER ONE BACK.
