Trouble with subscribe
I used the free version and stopped the subscription within 3 days so that it would not renew. But after 3 days, the app still tried to charge me for a year, which I didn't want. I thought it was a glitch, but after a few more days nothing was resolved and the app also tried to charge me. Then, through the settings I clicked "renew subscription" and immediately cancelled. I didn't have any money on my account, but the subscription was still extended and it has been trying to charge me every day for 2 weeks now. I can't pay for other apps. Apple support can't do anything, the developer doesn't respond to emails. Let's solve the problem
