Not working.
The app is not working. And it has most of the time when I needed to use it. What a waste
If u need to get food on time. Go to other apps
Very unprofessional
Worst Delivery thru this application
Worst Application, delay in delivery, you are not able to contact customer service if you have problem or delay in delivery.
Efficient and Easy
I’m able to go through the menus for the restaurants and checkout with ease. My only suggestion for improvement is if it would be possible to add a tracking tab of the order (as in a Google Map showing the driver’s location in real time) so I can better anticipate his arrival.
Points were not added more than one time.
I quit this app since it is not enough organized… more than 3 times not added the points invoiced … However, I had also many many calls to the technical support but no response.
App is not responding
After update it is showing authorization error.
Useless
Ordered from Fire Grill Al Faisaliah Mall branch and it was cancelled, they said they don’t have online orders.
Poor app! No customer service!
I used the app once, and it will be the last one. I did an online order for pickup, and I waited until the status of the order became completed and ready for pickup. Surprisingly, the order was not even prepared (no body start preparing). Also, after waiting until they finish the order, there was something (extra stuff that I payed for) missing! And no one at the restaurant payed me back. The people in the restaurant told me that I have to ask for the refund from the app. I tried to contact the app via email and phone calls but no one answered. I don’t recommend using this app at all.
