Worst app ever used..don’t buy products from the app
Worst app ever used.. Have placed an order from the app and the amount was paid as UPI payment. And its not shown in my order list. When tried connecting the support team, they were saying that, they can see the amount was credited to their account. But the product was deducted automatically…. And i didn't get the refund amount yet… I will not suggest this app for anybody.. Please be mindful on every order with the app
First experience worst experience
I always order from nykaa or myntra and never faced such issue that i faced with sugar brand directly…. Crayon lipstick 15 stephanie plum was out of stock on all other platforms and saw it available on sugar app so Ordered a set of 3 mini crayons from which recieved only 2… The product which was unavailable everywhere else was only missing i.e 15 stephanie plum… So its 200% the sugar app guys have done it on purpose as the product is out of stock and they sent 2 products only…. Worst experience I would say never ordering again from here… U guys should stop delivering products directly if ull are not able to manage…. Sad experience
Mostly all items are always out of stock
I have purchased and liked various products and like to reorder them but I am observing since many months those products are just out of stock and never restocked. There are very less options to purchase most of the items are all out of stock Also , there is a bug in the app , clicking on sugar play takes to a complete new homepage which is fine but there is no back option to main homepage

Delivery of the product is too late no solution of the problem i still cant get my product yet its been 3 weeks no respond even i already prepaid product big no for sugar guys dont buy from here isse bhdia nayka se order kr lo

Why is this app not working ? In morning day or night ? If you have stopped selling through the app … please remove it.
My product was not delivered
I had ordered compact but it was not delivered to me and twice they said that delivery attempt failed. I contacted customer care and they did not even attempt to solve my problem. They did not even take the responsibility. Hence, while ordering avoid paying online and I will suggest to use another app.
Need a lot of improvement
App has some glitches. While Searching of products , the page throws u out all of a sudden.
