I use this for my job (especially when I am on the train).
One thing I really love about this app is that I can dictate my notes into it after a meeting and they are typed into the screen for me automatically so all I have to do is press save. Brilliant if you don’t love typing or to save time.
Very poor crumped interface
The mobile app is a total waste of time. Missing fields and worth using as it crushes for a simple update or adding opportunity

This app just keeps dying - I cannot even get logged on. Totally useless and no obvious support
One of the best enterprise apps
Sugar mobile allows me to do my job anytime day or night in or out of the office. It’s as intuitive as the web interface perhaps faster, and offline mode allows me to access what I need to when I’m on the plane or on the go without an internet connection. Even better on an iPad with a bigger screen. Well done Sugar!
No calendar view?
As a business app I'm astonished that it doesn't contain a simple calendar. Therefore I find this app almost impossible to use whilst mobile. So much so that my company has now stopped using it and is looking at other options. They promised everything and delivered nothing...
So much easier when I'm on the move
I've been using the mobile app for a while now and I have to say I'd be lost without out now. The offline feature is great especially when I'm on trains and constantly losing signal. I now don't lose my work I can keep going and sync back up when I have signal. Great app!
Update
Whatever update happened recently to the web based version has left out a lot of helpful info. All of the “action” buttons are missing for one. Create buttons don’t show up unless you put your mouse pointer over it. Very frustrating.
Not a fan
Maybe we have a watered down version but Sugar in general is worthless. App crashes often. Hard to navigate while on the road. Doesn’t mesh well with apple products for logging incoming calls and you will drive into the ditch attempting to make a call through the app. Again I think we are paying for a Chevy and everyone else is driving a Rolls?
