One of the best app
Best diabetes app out there. The tracking features are comprehensive, and I appreciate the focus on the social aspect. It’s comforting to know I’m not alone in this.
Used to work great
I have used it for a few months. Worked great. Now I can’t enter data or download my data. Now to delete and reinstall, I will lose all of my data. Was five star, now two. Looking for another app now.

Sugar md app
Stop working can’t fill out medication because I’m type 3 on border and I don’t have to check my blood sugar but day or night 1in awhile not daily so if I can keep it below 6.5 I’m okay but it’s a struggle so app just shut down
Liking it less
Update: Seems some of the bugs in this app have been resolved. At least for the moment. I enjoy the app. I have had the app for a while. Was loving it. Now no data can be entered. Once again yesterday and today no data can be entered. Can’t post within the app either. I have turned off my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Get a message no matter what I do “Something went wrong. Try again later.” It doesn’t work anymore. I want it to. Love it.

App Constantly Crashes
I have had the app 2 years now and has not been able to use it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it so many times that I’ve lost count. Every time I try to open it crashes. I have asked for help and haven’t gotten any. I thought maybe it was something with my iPhone, then I put it on my iPad, and it crashes there too. I guess I’m just going to throw my hands up in the air and call this one a loss.
Not user friendly
I like the concept of this app. That said, I had 2 messages from one of the coaches, however the app would not let me send a reply to either message. I contacted support and all they said was explore the app. Not good service on the part of SugarMD. I will be deleting this app shortly. It is a shame because it could be a valuable service.
Was Amazing, When It Worked
Loved the App and the ease of logging of all my checks. Now, it constantly flashes, “something went wrong try again later”. I uninstalled and reinstalled the App and it’s still doing the same thing. Please fix this.
