Description
This app is for those who are in need of guided meditation and guided hypnosis to make positive changes in their life. There are hypnosis and meditation recordings to help with specific problems, for example: sleep disturbances, addictions, and mental health related issues. Hypnosis and meditation allow one to become relaxed, to release tension and stress, and to think more positively. The app user can choose a category that suites them and will have access to free recordings. The user can also pay for additional recordings as needed.
