The best online bank ever!
Excellent service!
Worst Bank
I opened a bank account with Lydia, as the French corporate I’m working for required a French account. However, my project is located in the US. As soon as I hit ground in the states, they blocked my account and since then are sitting on my money. For one week now I’m trying to get my money transferred and they haven’t managed to do so far.

L’appli est devenue compliquée et trop chronophage pour envoyer de l’argent. Devoir recharger son compte n’est pas fidèle à l’esprit initial.
Bugs in the App blocking me accessing the money
The app is clean and clear, with helpful functionalities. Used it a lot last years, even started to use it more than for paying a beer to a friend. But I should have never relied on it to use it for more than pocket money, the app is bugged and my money is in accessible and the support is not helping but delaying without proposing solutions for several weeks now. This is unacceptable when it comes to an app that claims to be the future of bank accounts. No desktop interface (like for banks) is available so no workaround without issues.

Lydia braucht wohl Zugriff auf all meine Kontakte und man kann sich kaum anmelden ohne Konten und Kreditkarten abzuschließen. FERNBLEIBEN! Außerdem will die App penetrant Zugriff auf all meine Kontakte, ohne scheint sie nicht richtig zu funktionieren. Das ist hoch suspekt. Ich fühle mich extrem unsicher und werde hier sicher keine Geldgeschäfte abwickeln. Absolut unvorstellbar, dass jemand dieses Produkt so gebaut hat…
Sperrung ohne Grund
Die Damen und Herren von Lydia sperren Deinen Bank Account ohne Begründung. Aufpassen.
