It was a bit complicated and not intuitive to manage sensi money to another account (if this account didn’t have an associated lyf account), and I got my account blocked. Luckily the customer service team was super responsive and got my money back fast
Lost access to my own money. So they blocked my account because they thought there’s some unusual activity on my account. But what about the money I had on my account I can’t access it anymore. I got a email regarding they wanting more information from my I emailed them everything but their security team is taking 3-4 days to respond to one email. They can keep my account blocked I don’t care at this point but atlest let me withdraw my own money from it
Was forced to install on a festival. Their servers are slow and the app crashes constantly. Would not recommend.
