Summit + CityMD

I tried to schedule an appointment online, but it automatically redirected me to the app. Then when I tried to schedule an appointment via the app, it forced me to pick from a list of appointments that do not describe the appointment that I want, thereby redirecting me to a phone number. What is the point of this app. It doesn’t even do what it’s designed to do.

I’ve tried 10x to schedule a virtual visit and I called the location near me and they were unable to provide any assistance. What’s the point of having a significant option when you can’t provide a proper platform.

This app hasn’t work correctly in ages. As much money as Summit makes the least you could do is have a working app. This has be faulty for years.

You need two accounts to make a payment. One is for the summit group and one is for Athena health (which is used to make the payment). Too much going on here.

App is only good for scheduling appt. Does not show past appt, any testing done or literally anything else about your medical info. All it keeps saying is “oops… something went wrong” ALL the TIME. Its been a month trying to get test results any medication info form the app and nothing.

I have to constantly delete and re download the app in order to make it work

This is probably the worst healthcare app I’ve ever seen. Very basic and insufficient user interface, no functionality, and data for the few areas of functionality is not loading.

Not sure how an app can not work, useless

Bug fixes were made 4 days ago. Allegedly. Idk what they fixed bc nothing works.

The app got worse I can’t even see my result or my upcoming appointment. Now I have to wait two days just to get my blood test result. Super annoying. Please fix this!!
