after new update i cant open the game, meanwhile the other game like mobile lagend i can still play online but this game i cant even open it, wth is goong on

Just updated this game, make me suddenly lost thousands of diamond by buying at the black friday and got nothing. The item i bought it says not enough resources but still deduct my diamond. I already play this game about one year now and this game seriously wasting your time.
This game is relaxing yet challenging as well
can be classified as one of the best afk-style game out there . easy to get those premium scroll to summon new hero . easy to get stuffs for enhancing your team . very fun to play ! thank you !
How to evolve hero’s for newbies
Your game is cool! But at the same time is confusing but is normal definitely normal so I think I want a new thing in the thing which is evolving hero’s! She can tell us what we need to evolve hero’s!

Upgrading heroes after 6 stars is like, plaaahhhhhhhhh.. same goes to unlocking other modes.. lastly, I dont understand heroes level.. it’s like level 1 hero can actually defeat level 30 hero..
