I can’t enter

My company uses this for mandatory training. It’s often glitchy and training will show up as incomplete after completing it several times. I’ve wasted my whole day, requested help using the online form and still nothing. I recommend if you use this company take plenty of screen shots for when you lose your work.

Extremely poorly design. Almost all functions don’t work. And don’t apologize. Because you’re team is doing NOTHING to fix it none of this services apologies mean anything. Trash service, trash product.

The test I finished 100% are still not being counted. Another insufficient attribute is that my SumTotal account can not be open in a web browser on the computer, I can only use this app to complete my tests.

What’s the point of having an app when it does not work at all.

App doesn’t work…and leads you to nowhere. Can’t access anything through it and trying to figure out why a company as large as mine even uses it. Deleted the app as it will never be used and I just do my work on my work computer instead….very inconvenient.

Worst app I’ve ever used. The app is trash and whoever made it should be tossed alongside it. Every other slide throws the screen, “resume” or “restart” or it signs me out for funsies. Throw it out and start over. Maybe find a new career while you’re at it

Progress doesn't save. Just wasted an hour that I'm going to have to repeat.

I have courses that I’ve taken in the past that assigned to me to retake again but the app is not permitting me to retake the course. Instead it’s giving a message “ You have completed this activity”! What kind of app cannot perform a task as simple as allowing one to take a course that is listed in the app’s section of courses assigned to an individual? A poorly designed one
