Bluetooth glitch on payments
3 times in the last week I have had to restart my pad to get the Bluetooth payment connection to work. Getting very fed up with this system! It always happens at the busiest times! Sort it out Sumup….
Downgrade from SumUp enterprise!!!
This might be great for a cafe/restaurant but didn’t work for small bar Lot of technical issues and lot of unnecessary steps
Achtung nicht kaufen
Das ist der letzte Müll. Software funktioniert nicht. Kein Support, keine Abhilfe. Versprochen wird ganz viel. Wir haben nur Ärger damit. Das Finanzamt wird uns garantiert darauf ansprechen. Kassenbuch geht nicht. Völlig instabil. Bons werden nicht gedruckt. Immer wieder Abbrüche und Abstürze der Software. Manchmal mitten im Geschäft, so dass wir die Übersicht verlieren und auch Geld. Verursacht nur Chaos..und dieses Idioten kennen nicht einmal ihr eigenes Tool…da muss man denen noch erklären wie es funktioniert.., fürchterlich… rausgeschmissenes Geld. Wir klagen jetzt auf Schadenersatz. Anders kommt man diesen Dilettanten nicht bei. Ich beschimpfe diese Idioten nur noch…absolute Vollhonks.. Verkaufen und abbuchen geht ganz schnell… danach nur noch Probleme..seit dem ersten in Begrieb nehmen der ganzen Scheisse.. wir hatten auf Arbeitserleichterung gehofft..jetzt haben wir nur noch Chaos hoch 10 AUF JEDEN FALL FINGER WEG VON DIESEM MIST
Poor system and service
Not recommended. They promise the earth during an initial hard sell then do not deliver. They have cost me a lot of money and time and I am now changing to another system even though it will cost me even more to do so. They sold me high priced equipment I did not need or want and then have refused to refund me even though I have sent equipment back unopened.
C’était mieux avant….
Depuis que ce n’est plus Tiller, les bugs se multiplient et le service technique par chat n’est vraiment pas génial.
Pas fonctionnelle
Trop basique et non adaptée à une utilisation professionnelle. SAV inexistant et incompétent. Je ne recommande pas.

Beaucoup de bug écriture trop petite caisse pas attractive
Encaissement
Avant il y avait ds la rubrique commande TOUS LE MODES DE PAIEMENTS, maintenant y’a plus rien alors qu’il y a de la place sur la ligne. Super commode pour chercher une erreur de caisse. La zobi plus rien! Après j’en ai deux autres qui me font penser que votre logiciel est fait pat des startupper à Barcelone et pas pas des utilisateurs mais il va falloir donner de vous pour savoir. Hé oui
