Lately, every time I need to use this app I have to delete it then reinstall otherwise I get an “invalid code” error. What’s the point of the app if it doesn’t work?

I have Face ID my code id witch you say is incorrect and it is not so Y can’t i send money to miss Jensen

You guys needs to fix these bugs so the app doesn’t crash the second I try to open it. Useless if I’m trying to get into my account 😡

Fix it or I’m off

Why Suncorp deactivated the old tokens beats me. This app is not user friendly, can only be registered in one device and is unreliable at the best of times. Think you need to look at this.

The app is frustrating in the extreme. Why can’t we just use existing MFA standards that already work, or better yet go passwordless and allow Passkey logins instead?

I couldn’t login the app no matter how do I do. So frustrated ! I can’t transfer money from my normal internet banking !! Why made this app but can’t even login .

Quite literally THE ONLY SUNCORP APP THAT ACTUALLY WORKS!

I have this secure token app. I try to transfer money out of my Suncorp account to another account. I get a pop up saying I need to generate a token. I generate the token. There is nowhere to put the token. The banking app asks me to down this secure token app. The cycle repeats.
