I had a horrible experience using the scooter. The first scooter I tried was locked even after I unlocked it through the app. I had to switch to another scooter, but it still wasn’t working properly. I had to move the throttle up and down twice in a row just to get it to start and it was no clear I had to do that. To make matters worse, my scooter died shortly after I started using it, even though it had 42% battery life at the beginning. There was no indication on the app or the scooter itself that it was running low on charge. The scooter was also slow, with a top speed of only 11 mph. Additionally, the app was buggy and it was difficult to scan the QR code to use the scooter. Overall, I wouldn’t use this service again even if it were free, especially considering that it cost me $58 and was slow.
