Terrible app

This app is a total mess. It took me 2 hours and several unsuccessful tries before I was able to check into my flight. Even then I could not pick my seat. This is pretty basic stuff that the airline needs to address.

What kind of joke of an app is this?!

Less then 24 hours before my flight - I can’t check in, my name is not found, confirmation number DOES’T work, E-ticket number DOESN’T work. I’m in Turkey. Not in a comfort of my home country where everyone speaks my language. What do you think I’m supposed to do? Fix it!!!

Offer the basic please

It is mind-blowing that a airline app like this can't display your booking when you are logged in. You have to enter your booking number and last name to find it. Not much inspiration from the two mother companies Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa. Please enter this century.

Stopped working

After the latest update the update stopped working. I tweeted the problem by mentioning them but received no feedback. For an airline that does serve a niche, they are horrible with IT and their social media response.

The worst app ever

Completely useless. There is no way to check in - app asks for country of residence, but there is no entry field for it. Whoever wrote this junk should be ashamed.

Always delay always missing transfer flights and no customer service

I dont know who is giving 5 star this airline. Dely delay delay. Missed US flight in Frankfurt ordered wheel chair no one coming. Cause of delay missing other flight abd spend 24 hours in airport plus most important thing is THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. No one ANSWERING 444 0 497 Thank you For other airlines service desk in Germany thank you for Lufthansa and United air. I am so regret and please do not to this job not your business Sun Express Sun non-express. Whatever you have name. Not recommending million percent positive.
