Don’t expect anything to work or happen. The entire functions of this product and app does not work. Come sham… ridiculous! Don’t waste your time buying their products. Never seen anything this horrible. I even tried using a SD card. To avoid using the all, since it don’t work. And even the SD card was a failure.

I manage and keep updated an album for my mother’s Sungale photo frame. I am so happy that I found this app that allows me to be able to add a photo as soon as I take it from my phone. It’s so much more convenient. I also like that I can get my siblings access to the app so that they can add their family photos as well.

My son calls this a “Grandmother’s Frame”. I love that my kids all over the world can add pictures to my cloud and I can see them on my frame. It holds lots of pictures! If I could change anything it would be to have an on/off button on the front side of the frame. And along with that software that would alert you that you have duplicate pictures. That way I could clear the extra and add even more.

It won’t let me create an account, when it tells me to put in the confirmation code that I got in my email and I press submit, the app crashes and I have to start all over again for the app to just crash again

Come on please fix this app so it can upload from the phone again! I’m glad to have an app to make uploading photos easier, but recently it keeps crashing every time I try to go into my photos. I removed the app and downloaded it again to see if that would work, but I’m still having the same problem. I hope I can use the app again.

I just received this product and it doesn’t work. I’ve spoken to them about this problem and they want me to pay to have it replaced. Don’t waste your money buying this product. Bad customer service experience.

I got this for Christmas and I wish I could return this peace of junk. I’ve tried several times to connect my WiFi and it says it’s connected but a pop up states that “This network has no Internet access”?????. The app is worse! Every time I try to upload photos it shuts off sending me back to my app screen! DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS PEACE OF JUNK!!

I’ve had the CD1900MV and have been able to upload photos for a year, but now the app does not log into my account anymore. I’ve tried deleting and installing it again but no luck. I can upload photos from a browser, except pano photos, which are “to large”. Except this app used to upload them before it died.

Every time I try to scroll through the app’s pictures I can never reach the last picture before it crashes. I only have 50 pictures on one album and I can’t even reach half way through. There is no instruction as to the limit per album.
