If you’re new to the university and looking for an app to monitor and track your studies and courses then this app is definitely not for you. Outdated/Crashes/Unsupported texts and the list goes on.

100% needs an update, it’s incredibly annoying.

Useless compared to decent universities

This app was great when it worked. There has been no upkeep, however, and now the app is useless

My grades NEVER appear in the grades section and I get a notification about the quiz and i tap it to do it and it doesn’t take me directly there... why?

What is it? How do let one install an app without giving an idea of how to get to use it properly? Mxm

Maybe it's because I just downloaded it 10 minutes ago but it's confusing when you first open the app. It opens asking for something called a 'moogle' site and there are no directions or instructions. I assumed it wanted the Sunlearn website and you then have to find the exact web address for sunlearn (http and everything!) to type in the search bar. It took a few tries but I eventually got it to work, however, all my courses are displayed in Afrikaans even though the language setting is on English. This app is supposed to be more convenient than going on the website but it's not very reliable because it also doesn't show everything that I needed, e.g. Only some of my lecture notes could be seen but not all of them.

Finally the Sunlearn app has arrived! Thank you. Why didn't Stellenbosch students receive an email about this? It would be nice if I can change the order in which my 'courses' appear by a simple drag and drop fuction, stead of going on to the website to change that. Minor issue, I know, but it would make the app more independent from the website.
