Terrible customer support
New option to discard bubbles is severely flawed as it is close to the purchase button. Accidentally spent 208 gems trying to hit the discard button so I contacted support. When they eventually got back to me they said they could reset my game data to when I still had the gems so long as I confirmed losing my data after that point. I said yes but it took days before I heard back from someone and when they claimed it was reset it wasn’t. It’s now been weeks and I’ve gained 150 gems and am not willing to lose any more due to no one responding to my messages
Amusant mais maintenant souvent frustrant
Bon jeu dans l’ensemble, intéressant et captivant, mais pas beaucoup de possibilités pour évoluer vite ou jouer pendant un bon moment, car « l’énergie » s’épuise rapidement ou les objets sont limités aussi. L’arnaque finalement pour faire payer les joueurs si on veut en profiter plus longtemps… Update: Je diminue mes étoiles parce qu’il y a plein de problèmes depuis un certain temps et depuis le changement des concepteurs, j’ai vraiment envie de tout lâcher!

Lots to do, easy not to spend money, excellent support. The new owner communicates through Facebook,
Frustrating
There is way too much going on, on the board and there’s not enough room for anything. All the different plants and nails and pieces of wood, it’s not explained what they become or how to get there….so many items on the board that lead to another item but it takes to long to get the pieces you need because it takes everything so long to recharge. I play to relax and this game just frustrates me.
Doesn’t work proper
Terrible support (despite not solving an issue the the chat is permanently closed); issues with saving progress resulting in repeating multiple tasks and loosing my club (all participation in bingo is wiped out as well)
Love this game
I loved this game and spent a lot of $ of my choice. The support is MIA. They don’t help players any more with glitches. They have turned into money grabbers and took the fun out of the game.
Love it but..
Love this story but there is toi many objects that takes many days to get to complete a zone and Events shouldnt share the same energy.

probably the only merge game that i enjoy. the drawings are super nice and the layout of the missions to complet are so satisfyingly organized!
Lost team.
Not impressed. Lost the team I created after latest update. It was said would take 3 days. It’s been 5 days and nothing is being resolved. I want my team back.
