As a paying user and a songwriter who’s been using this app since nearly its launch, I’ve had high hopes for what it can offer. In fact, I recently received an email from Suno stating that I’m one of their top users, which is an honor. I truly enjoy using the app to hear my creations come to life, especially with regular songs that work seamlessly—those moments are great! However, my experience with the "Personas" feature has been nothing short of frustrating. I’ve tried countless times to use it to change lyrics, but it fails every single time. The old and new lyrics blend together in a way that’s incoherent, making the feature completely unusable. I've reached out to support multiple times, and the only response I get is a generic “we’re working on improving the app” email. Frankly, that’s starting to feel like a clichéd excuse rather than a real solution. Another frustration I’ve written to support about many times is the lack of visibility of all the available genres. There’s a random genre feature, but there’s no way to view the full list of genres—there’s not even any mention of it in their support section. As a songwriter, it would be incredibly useful to be able to browse through the full range of genres, but this limitation makes the app feel incomplete and less user-friendly. At this point, it’s difficult to take these assurances seriously. The "Personas" feature is advertised as a core tool for customizing songs, but it hasn’t worked for me once. As someone who enjoys the app and uses it regularly, I feel disappointed that such an important feature hasn’t been addressed, despite multiple attempts to get a real answer. I want to be clear—aside from the faulty features, the app does offer excellent functionality for creating great music. I’ll happily change my review if I see actual accountability and progress on the issues. But for now, I’m left questioning whether this feature is just a marketing gimmick rather than something that adds real value.

The most amazing thing I have seen in the App Store

It’s fun making songs. The main problem is that right now it’s buggy. It sure crashes a lot when I try to interact with other peoples music - listening, liking, adding to playlists, etc. if you can make it run more smoothly I will upgrade my rating. Also, song length is inconsistent. I don’t like wasting precious credits on 30 second songs

I purchased some songs and they all cut off short, all of them, I have edited the length and still they cut off too soon. It allows for 3000 words and I am down to 1250 words and it still cuts off. Can’t contact anyone to help, I’m greatly disappointed

App crashes, be sure to save your lyrics

Suno has given a songwriter like me an everlasting power to finally create my own songs and not just be a fly on the wall while other singers butcher my lyrics. Thank you thank you thank you Suno!
