L’app Sunrise Smart WiFi semplifica la configurazione e la gestione della tua rete Smart WiFi. Collega i Connect Pod (Smart WiFi) al Sunrise Internet Box e avvia la configurazione all’interno dell’app. Smart WiFi riconosce i dispositivi e ottimizza la rete domestica automaticamente.
L’app offre le seguenti funzioni:

Impossible de reconnaitre le modem qui n’est pourtant pas dans la liste des modems exclus.
Kein Login möglich
Login meldet falsches Passwort oder Login Name. Sunrise Support kann nicht helfen
Application inutile
A quoi sert cette application ? Sunrise demande d’utiliser cette application pour installer et connecter les Connect Pod, mais l’application est juste inutilisable! Erreurs de login, erreurs de connexion au router, etc.
Impossible de se connecter
Vous ne pouvez tout simplement pas entrer dans l'application, elle ouvre le site Web de Sunrise et rien ne se passe. Retour à l'écran d'accueil. Horrible.
Login fail
Ich soll ein Passwort erstelle. Werde auf die Sunrise Seite geleitet, gebe mein Sunrise Login ein, es lädt und es passiert nichts.
Ständig Probleme
Seit sunrise, weiss ich wie gut die miese swisscom ist. Ich habe seit Tag 1 ständig Probleme und kaum etwas funktioniert.

extrem beschissene optimierung, öffnet 80% der zeit nicht oder bleibt in einem unendlichen lade bildschirm stecken
Bugs?
Ich (IPhone SE 2020) brauchte die App, um die Smart Wifi Pods zu installieren. Hat ganz ok funktioniert… jetzt nach einem Monat, weil ich die Pods umstecken musste, probierte ich 3-4 mal mich in die App einzuloggen. Nicht nur, dass ich jedesmal ein neu generiertes (automatisches) Passwort auf der Sunrise App erstellen lassen muss, die Passwörter sind laut Wifi App alle ungültig… mühsam.
Funktioniert nicht
Registrierung geht auch nach stundenlangen Telefonaten mit dem Kundendienst nicht.
