This app tells you the exact times of sunrise and sunset at your current location as well as other useful information about the sun and the moon. You can also get information about other locations and dates (past or future).
The following is displayed:
• Sunrise and sunset times for every day.
• Time of local solar midday.
• Date and time of lunar phases.
• Date and time of the start of the seasons.
• Date and time of winter and summer time changes.
Other features:
• You can browse the information for any date.
• You can use your current location or choose any other location on the world map.
• If the selected location uses a different time zone than your device, you can see the times according to either time zone.
• Correct treatment of polar regions, where the sun does not rise or set for several days or months.
• A widget is included to see today data on the lock screen.

Great information, very bright!

Definitely the best value sunrise/sunset information app, with lots of related information. Very useful widget for when you don’t need to open the full app. Only tiny downside is a very bright user interface. If it was updated to support system Dark Mode (widget and app) it would be, again, absolutely perfect.

Great little app - not too ad heavy either.

Simple but quite effective

I have been searching for an App that gives me all the dates available to view like a spreadsheet. With this you can easily see sunrise and sunset times over a monthly cycle. What would give this App 5 stars for me would be an ability to add a particular date to my calendar. E.G. You notice on a particular day the sun will be rising at a specific time and you want to save this as either an alarm or a note. Add an ability to share to other Apps and you have a complete winner. 👍
