As a season ticket holder and 6th Man Member, I’ve found the recent updates to the Suns app to be incredibly frustrating. This app has become one of the worst I’ve used. Here are some of the main issues I’ve encountered:
Ticket Access Issues: I can never see my tickets, even when it's time to scan at the door. This is incredibly inconvenient and stressful.
Mandatory NBA.com Login: I’m forced to log in to NBA.com to access my tickets, which defeats the purpose of having a dedicated Suns app.
Posting Tickets: While I can post tickets for sale, I can't make any changes without going back to NBA.com. This is an unnecessary and frustrating extra step.
Outdated and Buggy: The app frequently says it’s out of date, even after the latest update. It’s unreliable and often doesn’t work when needed most.
Wallet Transfer Issues: The tickets won’t transfer to my wallet, leaving me outside for 10 minutes trying to pull them up.
Overall, the experience has been terrible and very frustrating. I hope the developers address these issues soon to make the app functional and user-friendly again.
Useless app
No game information, no team news other than promotional offers. Needs a complete overhaul. Hasn’t been updated in a couple weeks….
Best local team app
Of all the teams in Phoenix, the Suns app is by far and away the best. Cool announcements, fun in-game activities.
Great way to navigate the stadium and all the cool things that are happening.

As an Arizona native and lifelong Suns fan, this is the only app I need for anything Phoenix Suns and Mercury! Everything from Suns news, player trades and info, preseason, game schedule, behind the scenes videos, game highlights, promotions, game trivia and even access to game tickets and arena info! This app truly has everything I need and want plus more! Go Suns!!
