The previous app was replaced. Everytime I log in it goes to “update profile” and gets stuck. Absolutely useless

Forced to update password via Forget Password feature but yet unable to get the OTP from the request. Poor User Interface and experience

Can’t even see vouchers to redeem. Mgmt screwed us when they switch to new app

The app gave up helping me reset my password. I decided to make my purchases in the nearby marina square mall instead.

Tried for a few days to sign up for suntec+ with my friend's referral but after inputting all details i can never go to the next step. Please fix this

Camera cannot focus to capture receipt.

Worst app Move to a worst place sack the developer if I am the boss

Some pages just doesn’t load, have to restart app Loading time is just horrendous Receipt scan is horrible, the camera function just doesn’t focus Pretty sure more problems after. The team who made this app have no pride as a human being, the management who tested this app obviously don’t care about the company’s branding and reputation. One of the worst app to ever have been created, UX experience is so horrible, feels like a school work done by someone with intentions to just pass the module

Downloaded and logging but keeps loading since lunch at 1130am till I finished my shopping at 3pm! Can’t even refresh or stop the apps! Next day try deleting and reinstalled the Apps still the same!!!

Suntec+ new apps after update requires user to enter new password as it expired all previous password automatically. However, if someone previous email address is no longer valid they can’t access their account anymore as OTP is sent to previous email address and all accumulated points are all wasted if you are not able to access your account again without OTP to reset password
